Go term 25 PU
Go term 25 PU hollow brick was developed in line with new knowledge and construction requirements for the construction of low-energy buildings. The hollow brick has a modern design and a length of 39cm, which enables faster construction and lesser consumption of mortar.
It is used for the construction of external load-bearing walls with a thickness of 25cm, with enhanced thermal insulation properties.
The labeling of PU means a tongue and groove joint, which is formed in the assembly of two hollow bricks due to the particular design of vertical sides. A pocket opening is created in the middle of the joint, which is filled with mortar. Due to the tight joint of elements, the mortar in the vertical joint is not visible from the outside. The mortar in the vertical joint is also not in direct contact with the external plaster. The core of the element are longitudinal and transverse walls, which together form a system of shifted holes. The element also has two large holes which enable simpler grasping of the hollow bricks and installation of the bricks into the wall.
Advantages:
Guarantee for high heat accumulation of the wall.Better soundproofing insulation: 55dB (*plaster on both sides of the wall - thickness of plaster 2.5–3.0cm) The tongue and groove joint (additionally reinforced wall at the vertical joint, prevented thermal bridge). Excellent compressive strength of 15MPa. Smaller mortar consumption (fewer thermal bridges). Mortar consumption (theoretical): 40l/m², 157l/m³ or Go term 25 PU V: 34l/m², 136l/m³ Thermal conductivity: 0.24W/mK (*built with thermal insulating mortar) Thermal transmittance: 0.82W/m²K
