VAPOUR PERMEABLE UNDERLAY PERMO EXTREME SK2,240G, 75 m roll
Vapour-permeable foil Permo Extreme SK2 - 240g, with a built-in double adhesive tape.
Vapour-permeable foil with extraordinary characteristics and state-of-the-art production method. It is used on low-incline (up to 10°) roof structures with the highest sealing requirement against rainwater or water condensation ingress. Due to its high-temperature stability, it can be installed directly underneath the solar panels built into the roof. PERMO EXTREME SK2 foil has two layers of PES fleece with a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) coating. These polyurethanes have many beneficial features, such as flexibility, water vapour permeability, resistance to oil, grease and various abrasions.
It is suitable for low-incline wood or concrete roof structures, where the roof is laid onto battens.
Advantages:
- the double self-adhesive tape provides a permanent seal against wind and rainwater and water condensation ingress (shear resistance at the joint tested at more than 300N),
- high temperature stability up to around 100°C and a high UV stability,
- fleece component layer with the capacity of stopping capillary leaks, while the robust PES fleece enables a greater mechanical load-bearing capacity, which contributes to a lower wear during its life time.
- adhesive edges provide for a good overlapping and an improved water drainage,
- highly waterproof and tested for stronger downpours.
