CLAY TILE WITH NOSE 450x180
Clay roof tiles with a hook upgrade the installation technology since they strengthen the clay roof tiles on ventilated batten roofs. They are installed as lower clay roof tiles, installed in a concave manner by hooking them onto a horizontal batten and nailing them down, if necessary. The lower clay roof tiles fastened in this manner are extremely stable and prevent sliding, which was a common problem in the fastening of clay roof tiles with mortar. However, also in this case, the upper clay roof tiles installed in a convex manner are fastened with clips or screws. Clay roof tiles with a hook are used only as lower clay roof tiles. The roofs with clay roof tiles with a hook are of better quality, better ventilated, more stable and require almost no maintenance.
